Ok this can be worn with or with out a shirt underneath I am so happy to say I love it either way! Sometimes it can be hard to go this route with the shirt but this is so so cute with our with out the sweater but you know me I am always cold and way colorful all the time but if you don' t want so much color go with out the sweater either way your looking hot!
Again cute with leggings for us Utah ladies that don't ever get to see the sun or go with out for anyone else but really either way is way hot!
